1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing https://driftuphub.digital/ or using Driftuphub software, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the software.

2. Description of the software

Driftuphub is a local data tracking utility and analytical software for organizing records and reviewing balance drift offline (Offline Wallet Tracker for Balance Drift Reviews interpreted as an informational analytical tool). It helps users organize locally available information, track records, review historical data, and maintain notes for personal record-keeping.

Driftuphub is not:

  • a financial institution
  • a wallet provider or custody service
  • a broker, exchange, or investment platform
  • a payment provider
  • a source of financial or investment advice

The application does not hold, hold custody of, or process user funds or cryptocurrency assets, does not access private keys, and does not execute transactions.

3. Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful informational purposes and the software for personal or internal record-keeping and analytical review of data you are entitled to process. You must comply with applicable UK law and these Terms.

4. Prohibited use

You must not:

  • use Driftuphub to misrepresent it as a bank, broker, exchange, or custodian
  • attempt to use the software to execute trades, transfers, or payments
  • reverse engineer the software except where mandatory law permits
  • introduce malware or disrupt the website
  • scrape the site in a way that impairs service
  • claim Microsoft affiliation, certification, or endorsement that has not been factually established

Brand names, text, layout, and original graphics on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without permission, except for fair dealing or other legally permitted uses.

6. Software limitations

The software is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes. Outputs depend on data you enter. Driftuphub does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or suitability of your records for any particular purpose, including financial decisions.

We do not control third-party sites. “Available on Microsoft Store” is supporting CTA text and does not imply that Microsoft published, verified, certified, developed, endorsed, or is affiliated with Driftuphub unless separately stated as fact.

Driftuphub does not accept deposits, safeguard client assets, or provide regulated financial services under these Terms.

10. No wallet functionality or custody

Despite topic wording that may include the word “wallet” in a descriptive product phrase, the software does not operate as a cryptocurrency or payment wallet, does not custody assets, and does not manage private keys.

The software does not place orders, move funds, settle payments, or otherwise execute transactions.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, the website and software are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Driftuphub and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the website or software. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
